The following is a list of answers to our most frequent enquiries but please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance?
Our Clubhouse opens from 09:00.
- Catering can be provided from 09:30 by special arrangement, for bacon rolls etc, dependant upon start times.
- First 'visitor' tee times are generally after 10.30, except when parties have booked a 36 hole package.
- In planning your day, we recommend that you permit an interval of 8 minutes between each teeing time.
- We like our visitors to play our course as it was designed and intended, from the first tee.
- Our visitor car park is located just past the Clubhouse and first tee. Parking is limited & with the advent of the new general restrictions on all roads directly off the A30 in Sunningdale, we do recommend that parties travel together, when possible.
- Organisers of prospective events may enjoy 50% discount of green fees, if they wish to play the course in advance.
- We are pleased to assist with prizes and gifts for any group or party if required.
- All sample 'Corporate and Society' packages are based on daytime event and lunch or/and tea. We would be delighted to provide ideas and pricing for any parties requiring supper or dinner, separately.
- The minimum qualifying number for our packages is 20 and a deposit of £5 per person is required on booking (non-refundable), with full prepayment one month before.
- The Clubhouse dress code is 'smart casual' but generally the dress code for any event is determined by the organiser.
- Our course layout, facilitates a break at the 14th, so some parties do elect to play 18 in the morning and 14 in the afternoon, which we will happily accommodate.
- To facilitate any 'multi-tee requests, the minimum party size must be 40.
